Moriarty’s Mean & Green Grasshopper (serves 2)
What you’ll need:
- 50ml double cream
- 50ml crème de menthe/mint liqueur
- 50ml crème de cacao/white or dark chocolate liqueur
- Ice
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to a shaker and shake hard.
- Strain them out into your favourite glass and enjoy.

IOU Apple Mojito (serves 2)

What you’ll need:
- A handful of mint leaves
- 3 tbsp golden caster sugar
- 60ml lime juice
- 180ml apple juice
- Lemonade to top up
- Ice
Method:
- Place the mint, sugar and lime juice in a jug and muddle together using the end of a rolling pin or spoon. Divide equally into 2 glasses filled with ice.
- Pour over the apple juice and top up with lemonade
- Garnish with a wedge of lime and enjoy!
